What we created are a series of videos with customers telling us about their lives – how they got into this industry, some of their earliest memories in this industry, and in some cases, even showing their nostalgia of working with their family members who are no longer with us.
When watching these videos, you feel an emotional connection to these individuals. You can tell they are not scripted, but are talking about their lives and their passions. They are talking about what they know and welcoming viewers to have a glimpse into their lives – before getting to the nitty gritty: the true moment of WHY they use our client, how this company has helped them, and why you should use their services, as well.
From there, we emerge into stories of times our client, the Innovation Center, helped these individuals. The stories are beyond believable – They are real, raw, and emotional.
